Financial Options

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Our dental office accepts checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Carecredit. We also offer a flexible payment plans through Care Credit, or our Dental Health Investment Plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Dental Benefits 

Our dental office currently accepts most forms of dental and health insurance, including some forms of Medicare.

 As a courtesy, we will bill your dental insurance provider directly. Please keep in mind, however, that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Since we are not an involved party with this contract, you are responsible for any non-payment on our account. We also require that all co-pays and deductibles be paid at the time of service.

Please take the time to read through your benefit information so that you are familiar with all of your policy’s benefits and limitations. We also encourage you to contact your insurance company if you have questions about whether a service is a covered benefit, keeping in mind that they will never guarantee payment.

We normally wait 45 days for your insurance company to provide payment for services. If after the 45-day period there is still non-payment, the balance on the account will be billed to you.

Please remember to let us know at the beginning of each visit if there are any updates or changes to your insurance policy and or your employment status so that we can assist you in maximizing your benefits.

Dental Health Investment Plan 

If you have denied yourself the finest dental care available because your finances are not where you would like them to be then this is the program for you. You choose the investment plan that works for you and your needs. Invest a comfortable amount each month and receive the dental care that you deserve.

Our commitment to you is that we will increase your monthly investment by 20% for services rendered in our dental office.

Example: You sign up for the Smile Plan investing $30.00 per month and you are given an additional credit on your dental account for $6.00 per month.

You will be earning 20% on this investment and this is an investment of the best kind; an investment in you, and your health!

This is a 12 month program. It will not apply toward any previous balance. If your monthly investment is not received on time you will lose our 20% contribution, so make sure you are ready to make the commitment to oral and total body health.

Care Credit

Our office also works with Care Credit. Care Credit offers no-interest and longer term low-interest plans. You can apply through our office, or directly with Care Credit.
